We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
General.
HPP shall maintain the confidentiality of the Client Data and shall not without the prior written consent of the Client or in accordance with the Contract, disclose or copy the Client Data other than as necessary for the performance of the Program or its express rights and obligations under the Contract. HPP shall implement technical and organizational security measures in accordance with standard security best practices. HPP undertakes to disclose the Client Data only to those of its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and direct and indirect subcontractors to whom, and to the extent to which, such disclosure is necessary for the purposes contemplated under the Contract of the specific program or as otherwise reasonably necessary for the provision or receipt of the Program, and shall be responsible to the Client for any acts or omissions of any of the persons referred to in clause in respect of the confidentiality and security of the Client Data as if they were HPP own. The provisions shall not apply to information which comes into the public domain through no fault of HPP, its officers, employees, agents, or contractors; is lawfully received by HPP from a third party free of any obligation of confidence of its disclosure. This clause shall survive the termination or expiry of the Contract for a period of 10 years. To the extent any Client Data is Protected Data, HPP shall ensure that such Client Data may be disclosed or used only to the extent that such disclosure or use does not conflict with any of HPP obligations under the Data Protection Addendum.
3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may collect data about you by you providing the data directly to us (for example by filling in forms on our site or by sending us emails). We may automatically collect certain data from you as you use our website by using cookies and similar technologies.
